Every.org is a nonprofit tech platform dedicated to simplifying online giving for donors and nonprofits. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for producing compelling content and campaigns, driving nonprofit and donor growth, and collaborating across teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Ship content fast and often
- Use AI tools to draft social posts, landing pages, emails, blog posts, ads, and campaign materials
- Rapidly test messaging angles and formats
- Turn complex product features (stock, crypto, DAF giving) into simple, compelling stories
- Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
- Drive nonprofit & donor growth
- Execute digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid, social)
- Identify repeatable acquisition channels
- Run experiments on a weekly basis
- Optimize conversion across key moments in the donor journey
- Measure what matters
- Track and report on KPIs (nonprofit signups, donor activity, repeat giving)
- Use analytics tools to understand what’s working
- Make data-informed recommendations and implement changes quickly
- Collaborate across the team
- Work closely with Product to align launches with growth campaigns
- Support Partnerships with marketing assets and collateral
- Partner with Customer Support to identify friction points
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or content-led growth in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to increase traffic, conversions, or engagement
- Advanced comfort using AI tools to generate and refine marketing content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media platforms, CRMs, etc.)
- Self-directed and comfortable operating without a heavy structure
- Have worked at a startup, FinTech, or nonprofit tech company
- Care deeply about social impact
- Love experimenting with AI to improve workflows
