About this role
Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong hands-on experience in Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to support a global implementation of Coupa for Indirect Procurement. This role will manage and enhance Coupa modules and work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders across global regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, and CRA modules
- Support catalog management, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, and accrual processes
- Configure and enhance procurement workflows and system rules
- Support integrations with:
- Oracle ERP
- Workday
- Vertex
- ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues and provide business-level root cause analysis
- Partner with global stakeholders (US, EMEA, APAC) in Agile delivery environment
- Support SIT/UAT, release readiness, and documentation
- Drive process improvements and best practices in global P2P operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Coupa experience in: P2P, SIM, Core, CRA
- Experience supporting Oracle ERP ↔ Coupa integrations
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills (global interaction required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
