Artisight transforms hospital operations with its Smart Hospital Platform, helping health systems reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care. They are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the AI and machine learning product strategy, owning the AI product roadmap and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and clinician experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the AI product roadmap and strategy, aligning it to company mission and clinical product verticals (Patient Room and Operating Room)
- Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, clinically validated product experiences
- Define product requirements and success metrics for AI/ML features, including computer vision models for clinical event detection, patient safety alerts, and workflow automation
- Drive the AI model lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including dataset requirements, annotation strategies, model validation, and continuous learning frameworks
- Work with platform and infrastructure teams to define requirements for MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance systems
- Ensure AI products meet regulatory requirements and align with healthcare AI governance standards (including FDA/SaMD considerations where applicable)
- Translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders including clinicians, hospital administrators, and executives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AI/ML product management experience, or 7+ years of technical product management with significant AI/ML focus
- 3+ years managing computer vision, deep learning, or related AI product domains in production environments
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong technical fluency, able to discuss model architectures, training strategies, performance metrics, and inference optimization with engineering teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- A data-driven, outcome-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with clinical or healthcare data
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient safety requirements, and regulatory considerations (FDA/SaMD)
- Experience operating in a fast-moving startup environment
