Technical Product Manager - Lending (1120895)

The Judge Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager specializing in Lending. The role involves managing technical product development within the lending domain, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on APIs, data models, and system integrations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in SaaS or FinTech
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and technical documentation tools
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience with APIs, data models, system integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with lending workflows, banking compliance, or loan origination systems
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge business and technical conversations
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision, in a fast-paced work environment
