AlignityX is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist to support their social media and promotional needs. The role involves developing engaging content, managing a content calendar, and promoting company events across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and design engaging social media content for our primary channels: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar and posting schedule for all supported organizations
- Coordinate and execute timely posts to maximize reach and engagement
- Leverage social media to promote company events, webinars, and special initiatives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for public relations (PR), including media outreach and partnerships to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor social media analytics and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices to continually improve content and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms and their analytics tools
- Experience creating and managing content calendars and posting schedules
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across organizations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable sharing ideas
- Experience with event promotion and public relations is a plus
