Quikr is a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B technology company seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs) to join their expanding outbound sales team. The role involves researching potential target accounts, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential target accounts
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed defined activity and pipeline targets
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to meet activity or performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Consistent record of performance in SDR/BDR or similar roles
- Experience engaging decision-makers at mid-to-senior levels
- Ability to manage complex prospecting strategies
- Informal mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and resilient when handling rejection
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
