Digital Project Manager - Temp. (Remote U.S.)

Metajive is seeking a Digital Producer with agency experience to support Senior Producers and manage client interactions. The role involves overseeing digital project delivery, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality standards while fostering collaboration among teams.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters
• Oversee the delivery and execution process, facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines
• Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all phases: Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance
• Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget
• Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects
• Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
• Experience managing a variety of digital projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Proficiency in Slack
• Proficiency in Harvest/Forecast
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Proficiency in Smartsheets
