Icertis CLM Implementation Project Manager

Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Icertis CLM Implementation Project Manager to lead their Phase 2 implementation. The role involves managing project execution, configuration, integrations, and ensuring alignment with various departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an active Icertis CLM Phase 2 implementation, quickly assessing status, risks, milestones, and driving day-to-day project execution
• Manage configuration, integrations, obligation/intent modules, testing, UAT, and cutover while coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and external Icertis partners
• Oversee Workday + Icertis integrations, ensuring alignment with key integration points and cross-system workflows
• Establish strong project governance (RAID, sprint planning, timelines, issue escalation) and maintain all documentation, including project plans, test scripts, and integration mappings
• Provide clear leadership and communication to stakeholders, proactively removing obstacles and ensuring on-time delivery of all Phase 2 deliverables
