They are seeking a YouTube Video Media Specialist to manage YouTube review video workflows, optimize creator content for conversion, and drive measurable results across brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of YouTube review video strategies aligned with brand and sales goals
- Assist in planning and optimizing media placement for review-focused YouTube videos
- Ensure videos are structured for strong hooks, clear value propositions, and conversion-driven CTAs
- Work with creators and editors to ensure review content aligns with LEVEL8 brand positioning
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails for discoverability and CTR
- Analyze video performance (views, watch time, retention, clicks, conversions) and provide optimization recommendations
- Monitor how review videos contribute to traffic, brand search lift, and sales conversion
- Support testing of different formats, talking points, and content angles to improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align video messaging with product launches and promotional periods
- Track performance metrics across YouTube review campaigns
- Prepare performance summaries and insights to support quarterly and annual targets
- Identify trends and best practices from top-performing YouTube review content
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in YouTube media placement, video marketing, or creator-led review content
- Strong understanding of YouTube review videos as a sales and conversion channel
- Experience working with creators, editors, or media teams
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, performance metrics, and optimization tactics
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in consumer goods, travel, luggage, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Understanding of U.S. e-commerce and content-to-conversion funnels
