GotPhoto is dedicated to making photographers’ lives easier and more efficient through their e-commerce solutions. They are seeking a Senior Email & CRM Marketing Manager to transform cold databases into sales-ready opportunities by designing automated journeys and managing strategic campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Design automated "Sales-Ready" journeys that educate new leads and overcome objections to accelerate the closing process
- Audit our existing database of cold/dormant leads and build high-impact re-engagement tracks to bring them back into the sales cycle
- Tailor the journey based on how a lead entered the system (e.g., Webinar vs. Whitepaper) to ensure the follow-up feels relevant and urgent
- Constantly iterate on CTAs, landing pages, and email hooks with a singular focus: increasing the lead-to-customer conversion rate
- Identify where users are dropping off in the funnel and build targeted re-engagement or win-back plays
- Define the triggers that signal a lead is ready for sales (behavioral and firmographic) and ensure the handoff is seamless
- Oversee the "logic" of our data - ensuring we are collecting the right info to fuel your campaigns and maintaining high standards for GDPR and deliverability
- Identify the "missing links" in our lead data and implement enrichment strategies (and AI tools) to provide Sales with the context they need to win
- Lead the creative and strategic direction for one-off pushes, newsletters, seasonal campaigns and automated nurture tracks
- Use AI to scale personalized messaging, ensuring every lead feels like they are having a 1:1 conversation with us
- Report on funnel velocity, conversion rates per source, and the direct impact of CRM efforts on new customer business
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Power user of HubSpot who can build complex workflows, custom views, and reports
- Ability to define strategy and also enjoy building in HubSpot
- Sales-minded marketer who understands the goal is revenue, not just engagement
- Experience using AI to work faster and smarter, including drafting copy variations and analyzing lead behavior patterns
- Ability to collaborate with technical partners and other functions in the organization to create relevant content
