CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful deployment of the Cogito module within the Epic platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of Epic systems with strong project management expertise to ensure seamless implementation, user adoption, and optimization of Cogito functionalities across clinical and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary project manager for the Epic Cogito implementation, coordinating across clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Cogito deployment
- Collaborate with Epic analysts, clinical informaticists, and external Epic consultants to ensure requirements gathering, system configuration, and workflow alignment
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and status reporting
- Oversee testing phases, including unit testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all issues are addressed prior to go-live
- Lead change management initiatives, including training, communication plans, and post-implementation support to optimize adoption
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and Epic best practices
Requirements:
- Experience as an Epic Cogito Project Manager
- Deep knowledge of Epic systems
- Strong project management expertise
- Ability to lead the planning, coordination, and successful deployment of the Cogito module within the Epic platform
- Experience in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for Cogito deployment
- Ability to collaborate with Epic analysts, clinical informaticists, and external Epic consultants
- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, and workflow alignment
