The Associate Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various projects on time and within scope, while supporting the World’s Most Ethical Companies® designation program and ensuring clear communication and high-quality outcomes across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve systems to track client projects for internal and client use
- Work closely with clients and Ethisphere subject matter experts to onboard clients and set timeline and project expectations, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and other calls across time zones globally
- Attend and prepare notes of meetings, interviews, and other calls for internal and client use
- Support clients throughout the project lifecycle by providing guidance on timelines, deliverables, and next steps
- Assist in the development and delivery of client reports, including working with Ethisphere templates and data, proofreading and copyediting
- Support end-to-end client engagement and platform operations for Ethisphere’s assessments, delivering demos as needed, managing onboarding and enrollment, and serving as the primary point of contact for support and process guidance
- Drive client participation and successful completion through proactive communication, seamless troubleshooting, and skilled meeting facilitation across global regions
- Partner closely with SMEs and Operations leadership to execute timelines, support product development milestones, and ensure smooth testing, rollout, and delivery, while maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards
- Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans are communicated and executed in a timely way
- Maintain familiarity with and effectively use project management tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Facilitate discussion regarding schedules and changes to projects among all stakeholders. Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
- Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk project milestones and develop mitigation plans
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Box, Salesforce and other office management tools, including the ability to troubleshoot common issues for clients
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience supporting projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase productivity, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and maintain data security and confidentiality standards
