Business Development Executive - Claims Services (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)

Xceedance provides strategic operations support and technology services to insurance organizations worldwide. They are hiring multiple results-driven sales professionals specializing in claims services to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience by identifying client pain points and delivering tailored service solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business development revenue with insurers, captives, and other risk-bearing entities
• Close sales deals focused on claims lifecycle management, compliance, analytics, and operational transformation
• Build and manage a robust pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Develop strategic partnerships within the captive insurance space while collaborating cross-functionally with delivery, underwriting, and executive stakeholders
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders
• Position Xceedance as a strategic partner through consultative engagement and a deep understanding of client priorities
• Represent Xceedance at industry conferences, forums, and networking events to elevate brand visibility and promote solutions
• Partner with internal teams—including consulting, technology, and operations—to design and deliver customized client solutions
• Share regional market insights to inform service development and drive innovation

Requirements:

• 5-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the property and casualty claims management space
• Demonstrated success managing complex relationships and closing large-scale opportunities
• Strong understanding of the claims and claims TPA and a well-established professional network
• Consultative sales expertise with the ability to create value-based solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and comfort with identifying trends and translating them into actionable client strategies
• Passion for innovation, including automation, analytics, and claims technology
