Alturic Capital is seeking a VP of Sales & Account Management to be a core member of their commercial management team. This role is responsible for coordinating new customer acquisition and enhancing engagement with existing customers to ensure revenue growth and maximize customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate annual sales targets and regional growth plans
- Oversee direct sales and channel sales systems
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting mechanisms
- Drive breakthroughs in key industries and key clients
- Optimize sales processes and conversion rates
- Establish a Key Account Management system
- Maintain strategic clients and core institutional clients
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-selling
- Improve customer retention and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Manage customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Optimize pricing and contract structure
- Control customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- Balance short-term sales and long-term profit structure
- Monitor revenue quality and payment collection cycle
- Lead the Sales Director and Account Management Director
- Establish a performance and incentive system
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture
- Optimize regional and industry division of labor
- Provide customer feedback to the product department
- Work with the marketing department to improve lead quality
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting and revenue forecasting
- Coordinate contract risk control with legal department

Requirements:
- 20 years of B2B sales experience
- At least 10 years of team management experience
- Experience in managing large or institutional clients
- Familiar with complex sales processes (Solution Selling)
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
