NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a contract position to lead the full lifecycle implementation of the Oracle ERP platform across the enterprise. The role involves managing project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall planning and execution of project activities for the ERP implementation project
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP (planning through post-go-live stabilization)
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Establish governance structure, steering committee cadence, and reporting mechanisms
- Drive executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment
- Manage system integrators, Oracle consultants, and third-party vendors
- Oversee Statement of Work (SOW) compliance and performance metrics
- Ensure alignment between technical configuration and business requirements
- Partner with functional leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Operations) to design future-state processes
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation workshops
- Ensure configuration aligns with best practices and minimizes customization
- Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead enterprise change management efforts, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies
- Coordinate data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), and cutover planning
- Manage implementation budget and financial tracking
- Develop KPIs to measure program success and ROI
- Report program health and milestone status to executive leadership
- Maintain a standard of high quality and timely completion of tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' full-time experience in project management, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation
- Demonstrated application of Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge principles and processes
- Direct experience implementing Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI/PMP, Agile, or hybrid)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional enterprise initiatives ($5M+ preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and system integrators
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification program completion
- Experience with global or multi-site ERP rollouts
- Experience with financial systems transformation and SOX-controlled environments
- Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture frameworks
