Privia Health is a technology-driven physician enablement company that collaborates with various healthcare entities to improve patient care. The Marketing Associate will support the Product Marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives to advance product sales and strengthen the brand's value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Marketing team in translating Privia’s product value proposition into compelling narratives that address customers’ challenges, describe benefits, and differentiate us from competitors
- Draft, build, and send email campaigns in Pardot for customer and prospect audiences, using A/B testing and segmentation to meet or exceed KPIs
- Maintain CRM and marketing automation systems to ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting
- Support the handoff of warm leads and prospect information to product teams
- Help coordinate requests from external vendors and internal stakeholders while building strong working relationships
- Support new market launches by researching healthcare trends and prospect data, sharing insights with the marketing team
- Assist with the planning and execution of industry conferences, physician retreat participation, and recruitment events, including registration platforms, payment requests, targeted demand generation, and overseeing 'day-of' logistics
- Support the creation of sales collateral, flyers, fact sheets, talking points, event collateral, and other marketing assets that support business development and customer engagement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a keen eye for detail
- Strong writing and communication skills, with curiosity to understand customer perspectives and strong judgment around tone, positioning, and differentiation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams (Sales, Product, and Performance)
- B2B marketing experience and healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot or Salesforce preferred)
