- Proficiency in evaluating and improving Business Processes to achieve greater operational efficacy
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required
