QuinStreet is a pioneer in powering decentralized online marketplaces that match searchers and consumers with brands. They are seeking a Product Manager to develop and maintain the product backlog, document requirements, and lead market research initiatives to drive product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and customer value proposition
- Document requirements with precision to facilitate seamless implementation by engineering teams
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decision-making and foster growth
- Lead discovery efforts and market research initiatives to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation
- Foster collaboration across departments, including business, engineering, marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion
- Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of product management
- Effectively manage multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines as needed
- Consider global system performance and scalability to deliver robust and responsive solutions
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business challenges, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Analytics and translating data into actionable insights
- 3 years of experience utilizing bug/enhancement tracking systems such as JIRA or similar
- 3 years of experience conducting product research activities, including stakeholder interviews and surveys
- 3 years of experience organizing and communicating complex ideas effectively
- 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis
- Authority to work permanently in the U.S
