React Native Engineer, Core Banking

OnePay is a consumer fintech company focused on improving financial services for Americans. They are seeking a React Native Engineer to build mobile experiences for core banking functionalities that millions rely on, ensuring high-quality feature delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ship high-quality features across iOS and Android for core banking journeys, including account funding, transfers, and card management
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate requirements into performant, reliable mobile interfaces with clear ownership from concept through release
• Employ best practices in testing and CI/CD to deliver with quality and speed, including automated unit and integration tests and release process improvements
• Improve mobile performance, accessibility, and resilience, instrumenting analytics and monitoring to ensure seamless experiences at scale
• Contribute to our shared mobile platform by adopting design system components, navigation patterns, and developer tooling that enable consistency and velocity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying iOS and Android applications using React Native
• Experience building secure, user-centric financial or payments experiences, with attention to precision in money movement, error handling, and compliance-friendly UX
• Strong TypeScript and React expertise with proficiency in state management, networking, and native integrations; familiarity with GraphQL and React Navigation is a plus
• Proven track record of collaboration, documentation, and ownership in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
