The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for leading measurement and optimization of marketing performance, developing advanced attribution models, and aligning analytics with marketing strategies to enhance patient access and provider adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end measurement and optimization of marketing performance across all channels to improve lead generation efficiency, return on investment, cost to acquire customers, and customer lifetime value
- Develops, owns, and evolves advanced attribution, incrementality testing, and forecasting models to accurately quantify marketing impact within a regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Defines and executes the marketing data and analytics strategy by partnering with marketing technology and information technology teams to ensure scalable, reliable analytics infrastructure and tooling
- Translates complex analytical findings into clear, executive-level insights that directly connect marketing performance to revenue growth, patient engagement, and provider adoption
- Serves as the cross-functional analytics leader, aligning marketing insights with product, sales, operations, and compliance priorities while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading marketing analytics, performance measurement, or data-driven decision-making initiatives within complex, multi-channel marketing environments
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business, statistics, economics, information systems, or a related quantitative field
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing analytics professionals
- Advanced technical proficiency in data analysis, visualization, experimentation, and data governance, with the ability to manage large datasets, design predictive models, and ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy requirements
