Fastly is a company that helps people stay better connected with the things they love through its edge cloud platform. They are seeking a seasoned leader to define and scale joint marketing strategies with strategic Cloud Service Providers, focusing on driving demand generation and building world-class marketing plans with key partners like Google Cloud and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for Fastly’s top-tier cloud partners, AWS and Google Cloud
- Develop compelling joint value propositions and core messaging that then scales across a variety of demand-generation, thought leadership, and enablement assets
- Lead cross-functional, pipeline-generating campaigns to drive key performance metrics that fuel Fastly’s growth while also accelerating the success of our partners
- Align to the overall partnership GTM plans while leading the strategic marketing GTM plan and execution
- Act as the trusted marketing advisor to the Partner Sales organization and serve as the bridge into the broader marketing team
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Alliances Marketing, or Solutions/Product Marketing
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud partners, especially AWS and Google Cloud (inclusive of MDF usage)
- Proven ability to lead marketing planning and execution leaning on solid go-to-market strategy
- Blended skillset that includes messaging and content creation as well as campaign demand generation
- Strong experience working cross-functionally across marketing while earning the trust of key sales stakeholders
- Direct experience working at a cloud provider company
- Experience with Cloud Marketplaces
