As a Solution Marketing Manager, you will define and execute platform-level messaging for Control-M, translating product capabilities into clear positioning and driving adoption and pipeline growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the messaging and positioning for the Control-M platform, aligning value propositions, personas, and differentiation to the Digital Business Automation strategy
- Craft clear, compelling narratives that connect customer pain to measurable business outcomes, ensuring alignment from corporate strategy to field execution, translating technical capabilities into executive-level value, and continuously refine the story based on market, customer, analyst, and competitive insights
- Align solution marketing, corporate marketing, and sales within clearly defined responsibilities to drive integrated go-to-market plans for new innovations, major releases, and platform expansions across Control-M
- Partner with Sales Enablement and field leadership to shape customer-facing materials—including pitch decks, solution briefs, demo narratives, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides—by embedding clear, differentiated platform messaging
Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field (advanced degree a plus), with 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing, with significant experience in product or solution marketing within complex, global organizations
- You have a proven track record of shaping platform or portfolio-level messaging and influencing go-to-market strategy that drives measurable business outcomes
- You show demonstrated success supporting launches of complex technical solutions and contributing to pipeline growth, competitive differentiation, and revenue impact
- You have experience contributing to sales enablement, competitive positioning, and analyst narratives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools and data-driven technologies to improve marketing workflows, insight generation, and go-to-market execution
