The Senior Product Manager will own lifecycle experiences, helping customers discover value on the marketplace and deepening their relationship with Instacart through various engagement strategies.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer‑facing products with a focus on growth, lifecycle, or engagement
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for a complex product area—setting clear goals, defining key performance metrics, and aligning cross‑functional teams around a shared lifecycle roadmap
- Strong project and portfolio management skills, including running many high‑velocity, scrappy experiments against multiple data‑driven themes in parallel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to unpack inter‑related metrics, generate insights from data, and clearly communicate outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership, including taking full responsibility for projects, driving significant improvements in key metrics while managing budget, and ensuring initiatives land on time and within scope
- Ability to inspect and refine consumer experiences using strong product and UX intuition, ensuring they are simple, compelling, and trustworthy
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment, quickly adapting and iterating based on new information
- Previous experience in a growth, lifecycle, or CRM‑oriented role, envisioning or evaluating consumer‑facing experiences across app, email, and push
- Experience working on onboarding, habit formation, feature adoption, incentives, or re‑engagement products
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and lifecycle/CRM tools, and how to integrate them into a cohesive user journey
