DispatchIt is a company focused on enterprise SaaS and API-driven product development. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Platform Product Management portfolio, focusing on enterprise integrations and customer-specific solutions while collaborating closely with engineering and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform Product Management portfolio focused on enterprise integrations and customer-specific solutions—owning outcomes across adoption, scalability, reliability, and time-to-value
- Define and deliver customer-facing data & platform products, including analytics, data fabric capabilities, and data-driven experiences that unlock enterprise value
- Own and evolve Dispatch’s core platform roadmap, including APIs, standardized integrations, integration tooling, and customer-specific integration solutions
- Be the primary product point of contact for customer-driven integrations—partner directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and guide implementation success
- Run technical discovery and solutioning by leading discovery sessions, integration planning discussions, and product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner deeply with the Engineering and Data Team to design, deliver, and refine scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments
- Influence technical direction by challenging unnecessary complexity, pushing for maintainable patterns, and ensuring we build extensible platform capabilities, non-repeatable bespoke solutions
- Ensure seamless interoperability with customer IT infrastructure and internal enterprise systems, supporting both implementation and long-term platform stability
- Balance near-term enterprise commitments with long-term platform strategy, making smart tradeoffs that keep the platform scalable and consistent with broader product goals
- Enable go-to-market success: collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Partnerships teams on positioning, solution narratives, and sales enablement for platform/integration capabilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for core platform capabilities, including APIs, standardized integrations, and customer-specific integration solutions
- Partner closely with internal and external engineering teams to design, deliver, and refine scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments
- Act as the primary product point of contact for customer-driven integrations, working directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions, integration planning discussions, and product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate deeply with engineering to influence technical direction, challenge unnecessary complexity, and guide teams toward practical, maintainable solutions
- Ensure seamless product integration with customer IT infrastructure and internal enterprise systems, supporting both implementation and long-term platform stability
- Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy, ensuring integrations remain extensible and aligned with broader product goals
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years in technical product management (or equivalent) delivering platform, API, developer experiences, integration, or data-heavy products in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a High-tech, SaaS organization, with a focus on a specific industry, technology, or Supply Chain
- Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise software architecture (authentication, data flows, eventing, middleware/iPaaS patterns, error handling, observability, etc.)
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical organizations and influence engineering decisions without direct authority
- High comfort level engaging directly with customers in technical discussions: discovery, solution design, tradeoffs, and integration execution
- Strong product judgment: ability to assess tradeoffs, push back on over-engineering, and advocate for scalable, pragmatic solutions
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to prioritize business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach with Engineering/Data Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes end-to-end
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Deep logistics technical experience, specifically in digital supply chain systems and/or supply chain management and operations
- Prior experience as a software engineer or in a highly technical role (hands-on coding not required)
