Netarus, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for HoistCam to generate new business opportunities and reconnect with previous customers. The role involves identifying prospects in key industries, conducting outreach, and managing customer relationships to grow the HoistCam business.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers across key industries, including construction (tower and mobile cranes), mining, steel manufacturing, maritime, and energy
- Target decision-makers such as operations managers, crane operators, safety managers, and equipment procurement officers
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce HoistCam and generate interest in product demos
- Tailor messaging based on the prospect’s industry-specific needs, highlighting how HoistCam improves operator visibility, efficiency, and safety
- Re-engage previous HoistCam customers and opportunities to introduce product updates and explore new business opportunities
- Develop personalized follow-up strategies based on customer history and industry requirements
- Track and manage follow-up activities in the CRM, ensuring consistency and timely outreach
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system
- Monitor the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and reporting progress to the business development team
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and follow-up results
Requirements:
- Experience in Lead Generation: Proven track record of generating new leads through outbound prospecting
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach and follow-up with potential and existing customers
- Research Skills: Ability to research potential customers, markets, and industry trends to find opportunities
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in CRM software to track outreach and follow-up efforts
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your own outreach efforts effectively
