Program Manager, Data & Analytics

Siemens Healthineers is a leader in medical technology, dedicated to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. The Program Manager, Data & Analytics will develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and ensure effective communication throughout project delivery while fostering cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, designs and executes project plans, schedules budgets and deliverables
• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
• Monitors and provides stakeholder communication of the program/project from initiation through delivery
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Risk and conflict management
• Strategic planning and improvement of framework and processes for project management
• Develop rigorous data-driven metrics and deliverables for projects
• Coordination of project activities and resources

Requirements:

• A master's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare (or foreign equivalent)
• One (1) year of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, or a related occupation
• Experience and/or academic training with data analysis - processing and analyzing customer and pricing data
• Experience and/or academic training with project management
• Experience and/or academic training with MS Office: PowerPoint and Excel
