Shamrock Trading Corporation is a family of brands serving the transportation and logistics industries since 1986. They are seeking a Product Manager who will own the discovery and delivery of features across their fuel card platform and partner-led businesses, focusing on customer outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Fuel Card & Financial Tool Execution: Own discovery and execution of fuel card features and related financial tools, starting with the business outcome we're trying to move
- Partnership Features: Turn partner-led opportunities (tires, maintenance, insurance) into platform experiences that measurably increase adoption, retention, or revenue per customer
- Discovery & Requirements: Run interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to uncover customer insights. Define PRDs, flows, and acceptance criteria
- Metrics & Analysis: Define KPIs, ensure instrumentation, and analyze performance to recommend when to double down, iterate, or move on
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive alignment on priorities and scope and unblock delivery
- Backlog & Delivery: Work with TPO to create stories, prioritize work, manage feature delivery, and coordinate QA/UAT
- Customer Value & Business Impact: Measure success not by output but by outcome. Every feature should demonstrably solve a real problem and contribute to revenue, margin, or customer lifetime value
Requirements:
- 4-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years of experience with digital products (web or mobile applications)
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, synthesize user insights, and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analytical mindset; comfortable defining and tracking metrics to measure feature performance and using data to drive product decisions
- Strong documentation and communication skills—comfortable writing PRDs, flows, and detailed specs
- Collaborative team player who can work across engineering, design, and commercial functions
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience in logistics, fintech, or fleet management industries
- Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, or partner-led product delivery
