Vacatia is reimagining vacation ownership and short term rentals for the modern traveler, seeking a bold, data-driven leader to drive intelligent, efficient growth. The Vice President of Growth Marketing will own the full acquisition funnel and lead performance marketing, SEO, content, and conversion optimization to transform timeshare lead generation and improve lead quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a high performing Growth Marketing organization spanning Performance Marketing and SEO and Content
- Own and optimize the annual paid media budget across search, social, display, and emerging channels
- Develop differentiated acquisition strategies for both rentals and timeshare segments
- Optimize customer acquisition costs, improve return on ad spend, and drive contribution margin growth across channels
- Set and execute quarterly performance targets across traffic, conversion, and portfolio contribution
- Establish robust reporting and attribution frameworks in partnership with Analytics
- Collaborate with Product to drive conversion rate optimization across digital experiences
- Align closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Brand to ensure campaigns reflect brand standards and creative excellence
- Pioneer a more sophisticated, quality driven approach to timeshare lead generation that enhances lead quality, reduces waste, and improves downstream sales conversion
Requirements:
- Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven record of scaling multi channel acquisition engines
- Demonstrated success building and leading high performing marketing teams
- Deep expertise in paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging platforms
- Strong analytical foundation with experience in multi touch attribution models and channel level profit and loss management
- Experience managing substantial paid media budgets with disciplined focus on customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and contribution margin
- Proven ability to translate complex performance data into clear executive level strategy and communication
- A challenger mindset with the ability to bring best practices from outside the timeshare industry and modernize how acquisition is executed
