Best2ndIncome.com™ empowers individuals and small businesses with access to attorney consultations and identity protection services. The Sales Development Associate - B2C will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, generating leads, and building relationships to promote the membership services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and identifying potential customers
- Generating leads
- Conducting outreach
- Building relationships to introduce Best2ndIncome™’s membership services
- Engaging directly with consumers to explain the benefits of the membership program
- Answering questions and assisting in facilitating onboarding
- Tracking leads
- Maintaining accurate records
- Representing the company positively through excellent communication
Requirements:
- Proven skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business Development and customer relationship management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with consumers
- Self-motivated, coachable, and demonstrates the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
- Prior experience in membership-based sales or services is a plus
- Basic knowledge of legal and identity protection services is advantageous but not necessary
