SOLVE is a US-based financial technology firm that specializes in providing real-time observable market data and data aggregation across various Fixed Income asset classes. They are expanding their Go-To-Market team by hiring Sales and Account Managers to support revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, and enhance client adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a revenue quota, contributing to quarterly and annual growth targets
- Drive pipeline creation through prospecting, account expansion initiatives, and inbound/outbound opportunities
- Lead sales cycles end-to-end, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, negotiation, and close
- Manage a portfolio of growth or strategic accounts, developing a deep understanding of client goals and usage
- Identify whitespace opportunities and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Proactively manage renewals and retention, ensuring long-term client success and revenue stability
- Build account plans and territory strategies aligned to growth objectives
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing to deliver a coordinated GTM motion
- Share customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income products, market structure, participants, and workflows
- Ability to own and manage a revenue quota, contributing to quarterly and annual growth targets
- Experience in driving pipeline creation through prospecting, account expansion initiatives, and inbound/outbound opportunities
- Proven ability to lead sales cycles end-to-end, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, negotiation, and close
- Experience in managing a portfolio of growth or strategic accounts, developing a deep understanding of client goals and usage
- Ability to identify whitespace opportunities and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Experience in proactively managing renewals and retention, ensuring long-term client success and revenue stability
