GigaKOM is a provider of enterprise-level IT solutions for California K–12 school districts, higher education institutions, and commercial organizations. They are seeking a motivated Inside Account Manager to support and expand their California client base, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary inside contact for assigned California clients
- Maintain consistent communication with IT leaders and procurement teams
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with outside Account Executives on territory strategy
- Prepare quotes and proposals aligned with client needs
- Follow up on active opportunities to move deals toward closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Meet assigned revenue and margin goals
- Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers on pricing requests
- Support RFP responses, bids, and compliance documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround
- Maintain CRM accuracy and account documentation
- Coordinate order processing and internal communication
- Support overall client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience in technology sales (networking, infrastructure, IP, data, or related field preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting California SLED or K–12 accounts
- Familiarity with Cisco, HPE-Aruba, Extreme Networks, or similar enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes
