Founding Senior Engineer - Build & Grow with a Prop Tech Startup

TEO is an early-stage startup focused on transforming building management through AI and smart automation. They are seeking a Founding Software Engineer to build an AI- and LLM-powered SaaS platform, taking ownership and shaping the product from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of our AI-powered platform
• Write and maintain clean, scalable code (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Learn AI coding, integrate APIs and work with cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• Work on both backend and (potentially) frontend tasks
• Participate in team meetings and agile-style development cycles

Requirements:

• Experienced, self-motivated Founding Software Engineer
• Ability to work across the stack (TypeScript preferred)
• Passionate about AI and LLMs
• Ability to write and maintain clean, scalable code (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Ability to learn AI coding, integrate APIs and work with cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• Ability to work on both backend and (potentially) frontend tasks
• Ability to participate in team meetings and agile-style development cycles
• Self-starter who loves solving problems and figuring things out
• Curious about new technologies and how things work
• Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and working independently
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interest in SaaS, AI, data analytics, blockchain
• Some exposure to mobile app development
• Curiosity about real estate or PropTech
