React Native Mobile Engineer II

Ziff Davis Shopping is looking for a talented Mid-Level React Native Mobile Engineer to help bring the next generation of RetailMeNot’s mobile experience to life. The role involves developing features for the React Native app, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and ensuring high-quality code and functionality before releases.

Responsibilities:

• Developing features and fixes for our React Native app on iOS and Android
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers and more to create a best-in-class app
• Building delightful product experiences that our users will find valuable
• Ensuring high-quality code and functionality before performing releases
• Improving CI/CD pipeline and suggesting good coding standards
• Staying up to date with the latest innovations in the mobile app ecosystem

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial React Native development with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Good understanding of React Native ecosystem, including build, maintenance, store management and LiveOps/monitoring
• Proven ability to accurately implement Figma designs with animations and microinteractions
• Experience with modern tooling (Expo, build, CI/CD, monorepo management, etc.) and native development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Action-oriented mindset focused on delivering best-in-class products
• Experience in web development using React/JavaScript/TypeScript preferred but not required
