Orum is a remote-first company that provides an AI-powered suite to enhance sales productivity. The Sales Development Representative will engage potential customers, qualify leads, and generate pipeline opportunities, serving as the front line in presenting Orum’s solutions to prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Engage potential customers and qualify leads, identifying prospects that align with Orum’s target market
- Generate Pipeline Opportunities: Actively build and maintain a steady flow of prospects to support our sales teams
- Present Orum’s Value: Serve as the front line in introducing Orum’s solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating our value proposition and creating interest
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support overall sales goals
Requirements:
- Must be a current U.S. citizen
- Must be currently residing in or near Austin, TX. No other locations will be considered at this time
- 6-12 months of experience in a b2b sales development, prospecting, or lead generation role
- Experience prospecting into Enterprise level companies
- Has been in a role where they have made 100+ calls a day
- Track record of consistently achieving quota
- Organized and has a great sense of time management
- Experience account mapping + working closely with an Account Executive
- Experience with Sales Technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, LeadIQ, Apollo, etc
- Previous Orum user
