Arcana is a portfolio intelligence platform used by hedge funds and asset managers to analyze performance and risk. They are hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to define how investment firms globally discover, evaluate, and adopt Arcana as the next generation of portfolio intelligence, working directly with the founders to shape the company's market presence and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Arcana’s global growth and marketing strategy end-to-end
• Brand positioning and storytelling within institutional finance
• Clear, differentiated messaging at the intersection of portfolio analytics and AI-enabled workflows
• Qualified pipeline generation from hedge funds and asset managers globally
• High-leverage acquisition channels: outbound, partnerships, events, content, and strategic experiments
• Market feedback loops into Product and Leadership
