Solutions Engineer

Trident Search is working with a leading identity security company focused on building a secure identity layer for AI systems. The role involves supporting technical discovery, designing solutions, and ensuring successful production implementations in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to support technical discovery, demos, and solution design
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot deployments for prospective and existing customers
• Design and implement production integrations for enterprise customers
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production systems
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and implementation materials
• Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience in identity, authentication, or security-related systems
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical solutions for enterprise customers
