SentinelOne is redefining cybersecurity with AI-powered innovations. They are seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to support the growth of their MSSP partner business across North America, focusing on building strong relationships and driving technical success with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Managed partner team to identify and qualify partnership opportunities, identify key partner technical objections, competition, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and scale the partner sales business
- Bring feedback from partners and end customers to product management to improve the SentinelOne’s solution
- Drive follow-ups with partner resources to consistently deliver messaging how SentinelOne adds value to the partner and their customers
- Plan and create go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne partners and
- Develop and execute technical training plans for partners
- Own the technical relationship with SentinelOne’s partners, and the coordination of additional technical resources
- Deliver demonstrations and work hands-on with partners to demonstrate SentinelOne’s value in the partner’s environment or solutions
- Be motivated by partner success and growing partner relationships
Requirements:
- 5 Years+ in field, 3+ years Sales Engineering experience
- Exceptional track record of growing managed partner technical resources
- Strong background in building relationships with internal sales and product teams
- Experience presenting and delivering technical demos and sales values presentations to varying audiences from architects to C-level executives
- Previous experience as a practitioner at a MSSP, MSP, MDR, IR partner or in a SOC
- Familiarity with SIEM or other data lake solutions
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions is ideal for success in this role or similar in tech/software industry
- This includes knowledge of complex cybersecurity threats and attack vectors, as well as different types of endpoint security solutions, such as malware prevention and XDR/SIEM solutions
- Experience working with cloud computing environments (e.g. technical sales, devops, security, sales engineering or similar role)
- Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments--especially as relates to security and compliance
- Experience with AWS Azure, and/or GCP. Azure a plus
- Familiarity with modern cloud environments, e.g. containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures
- Experience working with CSPs, channel, MSP/MSSPs, GSIs, or alliances partners
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- AWS, GCP and/or security certifications
- CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security qualifications
