Meela Inc. is a company focused on improving the lives of older adults through innovative AI solutions in senior living. The Sales Account Executive will drive new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with various teams to enhance product positioning and customer insights.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across senior living communities, operators, and ownership groups
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct thoughtful discovery to uncover operational pain points and strategic priorities
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demos that clearly connect Meela to measurable outcomes
- Build business cases that resonate with C-Suite, Executive Directors, and clinical leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through negotiation and close
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product to share frontline customer insights and refine positioning
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and pipeline visibility
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a quota-carrying sales professional (Account Executive, Business Development, or similar)
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling skills — comfortable leading discovery with multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Ability to communicate value to both operational leaders and executive decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling into senior living, senior care, healthcare providers, or related sectors
- Familiarity with senior housing operations, budgeting cycles, and decision-making structures
