PulseRise Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to support a strategic HR Employee Experience initiative focused on real-time feedback and continuous improvement. The role involves translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring that reporting mechanisms deliver measurable impact while working in cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, define, and document technical requirements for the Employee Experience (EX) reporting panel in Jira
- Engineer structured requirement documentation aligned with business and HR objectives
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback data and translate findings into actionable improvement proposals
- Design mechanisms and technical structures to measure the business impact of the VOiCE programme
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to optimize the employee lifecycle and feedback cycles
- Plan, manage, and coordinate validation and testing measures
- Ensure structured implementation of AI-driven reporting and lifecycle optimization systems
- Collaborate with HR, technical, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in HR, EX, or transformation programmes
- Strong experience in requirements engineering and structured documentation (Jira-based workflows)
- Experience defining reporting requirements and KPI frameworks
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets and derive structured proposals
- Experience coordinating validation, testing, and technical verification processes
- Understanding of AI-driven analytics or feedback systems
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Structured, analytical, and documentation-driven working style
- Fluent English
- Experience with HR transformation or employee experience programmes
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools or dashboard solutions
- Experience working in international, distributed teams
