Asset Protection- Rx Investigations Manager

CVS Health is committed to creating a more connected health experience and is seeking an investigations professional to join their Asset Protection Team. The Manager, Rx Investigations will lead pharmacy internal drug diversion investigations, collaborating with various teams to protect patients and communities from misuse of controlled substances.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely performing full protocol pharmacy diversion investigations utilizing advanced tools and partnership with analytic and field teams
• Analyzing pharmacy data to surface diversion concerns for further review
• Acting as the primary point of contact for pharmacy diversion concerns and validate if action is needed
• Becoming a trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners amongst field and Customer Support partners for all items related to internal pharmacy diversion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related internal investigative work experience
• Skilled in Exception Based Reporting tools, pharmacy inventory accounting and excel
• Ability to relate and understand investigative processes in order to successfully identify and contribute to the resolution of internal drug diversion cases
• Ability to analyze data points and drug reconciliations to initiate and investigate store/NDC combinations for root cause of loss
• Ability to manage and maintain a case load of 15+ items in different stages of investigation
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of pharmacy and controlled substance regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners and provide updates to status of investigations in confidential and sensitive manner
