Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves managing project execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope and budget
• Work with team of 10 individuals to hit deadlines on time and on budget
• Support change management and training efforts related to the ERP rollout

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 ERP implementations successfully delivered
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• “Can do” attitude and ability to work with a driven client with expectations of deliverables
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred but not required
