Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform focused on making donations to nonprofits fast and accessible. They are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer advocacy and lifecycle marketing programs that drive retention and revenue expansion in a mission-driven SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the customer marketing strategy: Design programs that deepen customer engagement and build advocacy across the lifecycle - from onboarding to expansion to evangelism
- Launch and scale customer reference and advocacy programs: Identify and activate power users for case studies, testimonials, peer referrals, speaker opportunities, and co-marketing campaigns
- Develop lifecycle campaigns: Create email, webinar, and content touchpoints that drive product adoption, feature utilization, and upsell readiness
- Drive retention and revenue outcomes: Partner with Customer Success, Sales and your team in Marketing to increase NRR and accelerate account expansion through education and value storytelling
- Build customer community experiences: Help plan and execute experiences like customer dinners, regional meetups, online community, and educational briefings that can foster peer learning and engagement
- Tell the customer story: Work with our content and product marketing teams to craft case studies, video testimonials, and customer-led sessions for events and webinars
- Measure what matters: With the Senior Director of Revenue Marketing, establish KPIs and track performance across all customer marketing programs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or advocacy/community roles in B2B SaaS - ideally in martech, fundraising tech, or adjacent industries
- Strategic mindset with a strong bias toward execution. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who can bring customer stories and product value to life
- Highly collaborative with a track record of cross-functional wins across CS, sales, and product teams
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferable, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable in a high-growth, startup environment - self-directed, proactive, and adaptable
