easy is seeking a strategic and operationally sophisticated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy and capital planning. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape long-term strategy and ensure financial strength while enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, including long-range planning, capital allocation, and growth modeling
- Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with GAAP or relevant regulatory standards
- Provide strategic financial insights and scenario analysis to inform executive and board-level decisions
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, and capital structure strategy
- Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and banking relationships, including debt and equity financing
- Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, audit management, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Develop and monitor KPIs aligned to revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency
- Partner with department leaders to align financial objectives with operational plans and resource allocation
- Support M&A strategy, due diligence, valuation modeling, and post-acquisition integration efforts
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Implement and optimize financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting automation to support scalability
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting, capital markets, and financial strategy
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and enterprise performance management
- Strong understanding of GAAP compliance, audit processes, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing capital structure, fundraising, and investor communications
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
- Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing high-performing finance teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board-level decision-making
- High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to financial governance best practices
- 12–20+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including prior CFO or VP Finance experience
- Experience in SaaS, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or other growth-oriented sectors
- Background supporting private equity-backed, venture-backed, or publicly traded organizations
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading IPO readiness, public reporting, or large-scale capital raises is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
