Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers, setting clear priorities, standards, and development paths.
Establish scalable product marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices across segmentation, positioning, launches, and enablement.
Define and communicate a unified view of Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and market segmentation across the portfolio.
Act as the senior product marketing voice with executive stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear narrative, insight, and commercial logic.
Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, major launches, and portfolio-level commercial initiatives.
Ensure consistent, high-quality GTM planning and execution across the PMM team, including launch readiness, timelines, and success metrics.
Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver integrated GTM plans that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
Establish a strong, systematic voice-of-the-customer capability across Product Marketing.
Ensure deep understanding of buyer needs, purchasing dynamics, and customer outcomes across segments and regions.
Own the development and governance of personas, buying journeys, use cases, and customer narratives.
Translate market and customer insight into clear recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and investment decisions.
Set the strategic direction for product messaging, positioning, and value propositions across the portfolio.
Partner closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Communications to activate messaging through campaigns, content, and digital experiences.
Work closely with Sales and commercial leadership to shape revenue-driving strategies including segmentation, pricing, packaging, and adoption plays.
Track and report on current market penetration and pipeline performance by market, region, and product.
Report on and communicate the return on marketing investments and resource allocation across product retention, cross-sell, acquisition, recurring revenue targets, and campaign goals.
Support strategic deals, key accounts, and executive-level customer engagements with tailored value narratives and competitive insight.
Define success metrics for Product Marketing and track performance across launches, pipeline contribution, and market impact.
Use data, insight, and feedback loops to continuously refine GTM and messaging strategies.
Serve as a senior integrator across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership.
Contribute to the customer data strategy and lead management processes in close partnership with Performance Marketing.
Drive operational discipline around launch governance, market insight sharing, and GTM execution.
Champion a customer-first, outcomes-led mindset across teams.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Commercial Strategy roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments (maritime industry experience required).
Proven experience leading and developing Product Marketing teams in a global, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success owning and scaling GTM strategies for complex product portfolios.
Deep expertise in customer insight, segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering closely with Sales and revenue leaders.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into compelling value narratives.
Data-driven mindset, using insight and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization undergoing transformation.
