Definiti LLC is a national retirement services company that helps clients manage and administer their retirement plans. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic projects while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and objectives
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and documentation
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and strategic goals
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed
- Coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Maintain accurate project documentation, metrics, and artifacts aligned with company standards
- Support change management efforts by helping teams prepare for and adopt new processes or solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
- Gain a deep understanding of the business by engaging with leaders, teams, and operational workflows
- Lead and support business-focused process improvements and operational changes tied to strategic priorities
Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of project management or related experience required
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to navigate web-based systems required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in financial industries or professional services preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
