Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager with strong relational skills to enhance customer service experiences and help clients achieve their goals. The role involves managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with client deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the brand to all current and potential customers
- Lead resource accountable for ALL aspects of the relationship between assigned client
- Responsible for growing the business in assigned accounts per pre-determined goals and objectives
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for existing Client(s) and/or net new Client(s)
- Manages the Change Order review and approval process, responsible for invoice creation and reconciliation/collections
- Responsible for all Client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with Client deliverables and revenue
- Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales support and/or retail experience, required
- Excellent communication skills and positive interpersonal skills, required
- Must possess familiarity with IT hardware and preferred background in managing to a service(s) contract
- Strong sense of urgency and retail business acumen
