Flexera is a pioneer in Hybrid ITAM and FinOps, providing data-oriented SaaS solutions for technology value optimization. The Director of Product Marketing will own the CxO-level narrative and positioning for Flexera One, ensuring consistent messaging and enabling strategic business outcomes across ITAM, FinOps, SaaS, and cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Own Flexera One’s platform positioning and CxO/board-level story
- Articulate Flexera One as a system of record, data platform, and intelligence layer for the IT estate
- Ensure consistent platform messaging across corporate marketing, product launches, analyst relations, and exec communications
- Define how the platform narrative connects to solution GTM motions across FinOps & IT Asset Management
- Enable solution PMMs to clearly ladder their value props to the platform story without overlap or conflict
- Build executive-grade assets (CxO decks, platform vision, keynote narratives)
- Equip sales and executives to lead platform-first conversations in high-value deals
- Lead and develop Senior PMM focused on platform execution
- Act as a senior thought partner to FinOps and ITAM PMM directors
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including platform-level ownership
- Proven experience marketing to CxO and board-level audiences
- Strong storytelling skills with executive presence
- Comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed org
- Experience in ITAM, FinOps, SaaS management, cloud, or enterprise platforms
