About this role
Encore Consulting is seeking an SEO Consultant to join their dynamic team focused on website and content strategy. The role involves optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with content marketers and external SEO partners to enhance website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support in optimization of our content for our public websites. This includes keyword research to identify new opportunities for website growth as well as perform competitor analysis to ensure maximum SEO optimization opportunities
- Manage keyword platform in which keyword research will be used as well as keyword tracking
- Collaborate with external SEO partners
- Support content marketing team with search optimization requests and projects
- Manage data insights which including turning data into accessible insights for content partners, outlining clear, actionable steps to increase audience
- Identify new and emerging SEO opportunities, best practices, and industry updates
- Assist in the creation, writing and maintenance of SEO policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university
- 3-5 years of relevant SEO experience
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- A user of SEO tools like: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and BrightEdge, with the possibility of other platforms
- Up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
