KellyOCG is a data-driven consumer marketing team seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst specializing in promotional strategy. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing consumer campaigns powered by advanced analytics to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identify consumer segment and lifecycle trends, proposing targeted interventions for acquisition and retention
- Develop strategic, analysis-driven pricing and promotional plans using complex data sets and cohort analytics
- Execute integrated promotional campaigns across multiple geographies, reporting results and suggesting improvements based on robust data analysis and tests
- Analyze campaign outcomes, pinpoint drivers of performance, and iterate test structures to maximize consumer value
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, and Strategy teams to apply a promotions playbook across the US marketplace
- Partner with BI and Engineering to build ETLs and ensure data events are integrated into CRM workflows
- Build forecasting models for marketing campaigns and translate data insights into actionable strategies for partners
- Establish strong working relationships across Retention, Product, Tech, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing/marketing analytics, or business analytics
- Advanced analytical skills (including SQL and Excel); able to model campaign outcomes and forecast performance
- Experience with large data sets, deriving actionable business insights, and executing strategies
- Strong stakeholder and interpersonal management skills
- Familiarity with CRM technologies, ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures
