Bonterra is dedicated to increasing the giving rate in the social good sector and is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help position and market their products effectively. The role involves crafting compelling messaging, conducting market research, and supporting product launches while working closely with senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and refinement of clear, value-driven product messaging that differentiates Bonterra in the social good market
- Contribute to product narratives, messaging frameworks, and launch materials that make complex capabilities accessible and compelling
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, usable, and aligned with customer needs
- Assist in building and maintaining buyer personas through customer interviews, surveys, and internal research
- Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends to inform messaging and go-to-market decisions
- Help validate positioning by testing messaging with customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner with senior team members to support packaging and pricing initiatives, including research and analysis
- Assist with survey design (e.g., willingness-to-pay, feature value testing) and synthesis of findings
- Help document and communicate packaging and pricing changes to internal teams
Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, growth marketing, or a related SaaS role
- Hands-on experience conducting market research, surveys, and interviews (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience analyzing, testing, and refining complex pricing models
- Experience in or passion for the social good sector is a plus
- Experience in AI products in B2B Saas is a plus
